Terms & Conditions
- Free Samples: We are happy to send prospective retailers a selection of free samples to test out before placing an order. Send us an email.
- Items are sold by the case: Balms come in cases of 8 tins, and sanitizers are sold in cases of 12 bottles.
- Order Minimums: $150 for new orders, and $100 for reorders.
- Wholesale Pricing: All prices in our Wholesale Catalog are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Display Trays & Signage: You'll receive a complimentary display tray and signage in your first order.
- Product Storage: During warmer months, our balms might sweat or change in texture during transit. We recommend storing tins in a cool dry place.
- Display Samples: We provide one free "tester" sample for each SKU that you order. Any additional samples will be purchased at wholesale price.
AfterPay: We now offer Afterpay! Have flexibility with your payments with 0% interest payments.
- Wholesale Prices are subject to change.
- We do NOT charge sales tax or additional fees.
- All major credit cards, Paypal, AmazonPay, Afterpay are accepted.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations: Orders may be revised or canceled within 48 hours from the time they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, it may not be canceled.
Returns: Returns are NOT accepted for wholesale orders.
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged please email us photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the order and we'll make arrangements to have the damaged product shipped back to us for an exchange.
Ordering & Payments
Once your application is processed, you will be able to log in and shop our wholesale items.
Minimums: New order minimum for Brick & Mortar retailers is $150 plus shipping. The reorder minimum is $100 plus shipping. The order minimum for online gift box and subscription box retailers is $100 plus shipping.
- Wholesale orders may not be combined with ANY other discounts or offers.
- Payment is made at the time of ordering through our website. All major credit cards accepted, including Paypal and Amazon. For flexible payment options, AfterPay is available (4 Interest-free payments paid out every 2 weeks). If you wish to pay via check, please email us. Fulfillment of your order will begin after the check has been cleared.
- Items must be priced at least MSRP for your customers.
- Original labeling and packaging must remain on products.
- For e-commerce retailers, items must be sold on a secure and privately hosted website. Items may NOT be sold on third-party websites (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, ebay, Walmart, etc.)
Online Sales: Discounts on Tasteful Skin™ products may never exceed 25% off MSRP. Promotional sales must be clearly marked as a 'limited time offer' with exact dates, never exceeding 7 days. The MSRP price must be clearly visible. Online retailers must NOT indefinitely discount Tasteful Skin™ products on their website.
Private Labeling: We offer private labeling. Please contact us to learn more.
- For a limited time only, we are charging a flat rate of $20 for shipping for U.S. domestic orders. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from Massachusetts. Shipping transit time is between 2-3 business days. For International orders, please contact us directly.
- Please note: International orders can cost more and take additional time to ship due to customs/imports/other factors.
- We are not responsible for package delays due to postal service error/international customs.
- Free local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Longmeadow, MA or Salem, MA.
- Turnaround time for all orders is between 7-10 business days, depending on order size, product availability, and our production schedule.
- You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
- RUSH ORDERS: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order qualifies for expedited processing (a 10% surcharge will be applied to a rush order).
International orders are subject to additional importation fees and taxes that may be incurred by their country. Please contact your local customs and import offices prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for additional fees incurred by customs/importation/VAT.
International MSRP pricing: Items must be priced to at least the converted MSRP at the time of purchase rounded up to the nearest dollar. Please contact us if you would like the current MSRP pricing list for your country.
Shipping for international orders can take longer due to customs. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method at checkout.
