Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we'll refund you the full price of your item within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please message us with your order number at connect@tastefulskin.com within the 14-day period.
If 14 days have passed by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received, a credit (minus shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that your refund is being processed.
Exchanges
Only products that arrive damaged can be replaced. If you need to replace a salve, email us at connect@tastefulskin.com and mail your item to:
